By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to the Ojasys Transportation Management System (TMS), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Description & Scope of Services

Ojasys TMS provides commercial fleet management, driver regulatory qualification tracking, multi-stop freight dispatching, and digital vehicle inspection reporting (DVIR). The system is intended strictly for authorized commercial freight, logistics, and carrier business operations.

3. Carrier and Transporter Responsibilities

Carriers and authorized fleet users agree to:

Ensure vehicle specifications, gross mass, and commercial driver licence details are accurate.
Complete digital DVIR inspections before dispatching commercial vehicles.
Keep dispatcher and driver login credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Platform Availability, Service Levels and Liability

Ojasys TMS strives to maintain 99.9% platform availability. Direct liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the preceding period.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia, US. Any dispute will be resolved by Virginia, US.
